1.1 The information you provided

1.1.1 When registering an account or using our services, you provide us with personal identification information such as nicknames and email addresses, or other data that we can legally obtain through links. To fully utilize our sharing features, you may also need to create a publicly visible profile, which may include your nickname and photo.

1.1.2 The shared information you provide to third parties through our services, as well as any information you upload, submit, store, send, or receive when using our services.

1.2 Information obtained by us during your use of the Service

1.2.1 Equipment Information

We will collect and record information about the device you use based on your specific permissions granted for software installation and/or usage authorization. This includes hardware and software characteristics such as device model, operating system version, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code, screen resolution, and device environment, as well as location-related information like GPS coordinates and available WLAN access points or Bluetooth data. If you refuse to grant these permissions during installation or usage, we will not record the corresponding information.

1.2.2 Log Information

A. Device or software information, such as configuration details provided by your mobile device, web browser, or other programs used to access our services, including the version and device identification code of your mobile device;

B. Information searched or browsed while using our services, such as web search terms used, URLs of social media pages visited, and other information or content details provided during service usage;

1.2.3 Images and other content in the device

To provide you with a comprehensive experience, with your authorization, our client will encrypt and upload the videos and images you actively upload to the server for storage; it may extract the software name and version number from your device and encrypt them for server processing and storage. You can also revoke this permission at any time through relevant settings. Revoking this permission will only prevent you from using these functions but will not affect the normal operation of other Unique Health APP features and services. However, once you revoke the authorization, we will cease collecting the corresponding information and will no longer provide the associated services. Unless you delete your information in accordance with legal requirements, your revocation will not impact the storage or processing of information based on your previous authorization.

1.2.4 Take photos and videos

When you use the photo or video shooting features, we will access the camera permissions on your device and collect the image and video data you provide after taking photos and upload them to us. If you decline to grant these permissions and content access, you will only be unable to use these features, but this does not affect your normal use of other functions in the Unique Health APP. You may also revoke these permissions at any time through the relevant settings. After revoking the authorization, we will cease collecting the corresponding data and will no longer provide the associated services; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with legal requirements, your revocation will not affect our processing or storage of data based on your previous authorization.

Refusing to enable this feature will only prevent you from using it, but will not affect your access to other Unique Health functionalities. You may also revoke this authorization at any time through the relevant settings. However, once you revoke the authorization, we will cease collecting the corresponding data and will no longer provide the associated services. Unless you legally delete your information, your revocation will not impact our processing or storage of data collected under your prior authorization.

If you choose not to enable it, this will only prevent you from using this feature, but it will not affect your ability to use other functions of Unique Health. Additionally, you can revoke this permission at any time through the relevant settings. However, once you revoke this authorization, we will cease collecting the corresponding information and will no longer provide the associated services. II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

A Cookie is a small file containing strings that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. Upon your next visit, the Cookie allows the website to recognize your browser and stores your usage preferences and other information. You can reset your browser to block all Cookies or opt out of their transmission. However, without Cookies, certain website features or services may not function properly.

Cookies and similar technologies are widely used and common in the internet. When you use services provided by the Unique Health App, we may employ these technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device, enabling us to collect and store information about your access and usage of the app. The data collected through cookies and other technologies is not considered personal information. However, if local laws classify IP addresses or similar identification markers as personal information, we also treat such markers as personal information. We primarily use cookies and similar technologies to deliver the following functions and services:

1. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services

We may set authentication and security cookies or anonymous identifiers to verify whether you are logged in securely or have encountered unauthorized activities such as theft or fraud. These technologies also help improve service efficiency and enhance login and response speeds.

2. Help you enjoy a smoother access experience

Using this technology helps you avoid repeatedly entering personal information or search queries, such as enabling one-click login and saving search history.

3. Log file

Like most websites, we collect specific information and store it in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), referral/exit pages, operating systems, timestamps, and/or clickstream data. We do not correlate automatically collected log data with other information we gather.

4. Mobile Analysis

In certain mobile applications, we utilize mobile analytics software to gain deeper insights into how our app functions on your device. This software may collect data such as your usage frequency, in-app events, cumulative usage patterns, performance metrics, and the locations where app crashes occurred. We do not link the information stored in the analytics software to any personal information you provide within the mobile application.

5. Local Storage – HTML5/Flash

We utilize Local Storage Objects (LSO), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content. Third parties collaborating with us to deliver specific features on the Unique Health App or to serve advertisements based on your browsing behavior also collect and store relevant information through HTML5 or Flash cookies. Various browsers provide dedicated management tools to remove HTML5 LSO.

6. clipboard

We utilize the mobile phone clipboard feature to collect users' source information by reading specific data associated with the Unique Health App, facilitating statistical analysis and content recommendations. The collected information will not be linked to any personal information you provide within the mobile application.

Below are more detailed examples of how we use your information (which may include personal information):

Log in using the Unique Health App products or services; create and maintain your Unique Health App account. The personal information you provide when creating a Unique Health App account via the website or mobile device may be used to establish your individual account and profile. When using Unique Health App services, we or third-party service providers and business partners (for more details, see "How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information") may utilize location data to deliver services and enhance user experience based on accurate positioning. You can disable the Unique Health App location service at any time in your settings. Selective opt-in features, such as the User Experience Program, enable us to analyze data on how users interact with mobile devices and Unique Health App services to improve user experience—for example, by sending crash reports—subject to authorization from third parties (who are also data controllers of your personal information; see "How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information" for details).

1. We pledge

1.1 Under no circumstances will your personal information be sold to any third party. We will only use the information obtained under this Agreement within the limits permitted by law. 2. If you are using an iPhone, with your authorization, we will receive and send your exercise data from Apple's HealthKit to calculate your training consumption. To simplify your input process, we retrieve your weight data from HealthKit. Meanwhile, the training data generated in the Unique Health App will be synchronized with Apple's HealthKit. Any information obtained through HealthKit—such as weight and heart rate data—will not be shared or sold to any third parties, including advertisers or other agents. We will not use HealthKit data for marketing, advertising, or similar services.

3. The third-party services within the Unique Health App are provided by external third-party entities, and the Unique Health App cannot access any information generated during your use of these services. However, if you have explicitly granted permission for the third party to obtain your location data, the third party will retrieve your device's geographical location information through the Unique Health App's interface. This information is classified as sensitive; refusing to provide it will only prevent you from using the aforementioned third-party services but will not affect your normal use of the Unique Health App's features.

4.5 Collecting personal information from legally disclosed public sources, such as legitimate news reports or government information disclosure channels;

4.6 Essential for the execution and performance of the contract as required by you;

4.7 Essential for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as identifying and resolving product or service failures;

4.8 Essential for conducting lawful news reporting;

4.9 When statistical or academic research is conducted for the public interest, and the personal information contained in the results is de-identified when the results are disclosed externally;

4.10 Transfer for the purpose of completion of merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer;

4.11 Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Please understand that the features and services we provide are continuously updated and improved. If any feature or service not listed above collects your information, we will inform you separately through page prompts, interactive processes, or website announcements regarding the content, scope, and purpose of such information collection to obtain your consent.

Please note that the Unique Health App does not proactively collect your personal information from third parties outside the app. If we need to indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties for business development purposes, we will clearly disclose the source, type, and scope of use of such information prior to collection. Should any personal information processing activities required for the App's operations exceed the scope of authorization granted when you initially provided your information to third parties, we will obtain your explicit consent before proceeding. Additionally, we strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.

5. Unless with your explicit consent, we will not disclose your sensitive personal information to any third party.

6. Anonymization of Personal Information

Upon collecting your personal information, we will promptly anonymize the data using technical means. If you wish to cancel your Unique Health App account, please proceed with caution as this action will prevent you from using all products or services offered by Unique Health App. When logging into Unique Health App using a third-party account authorization, you must request account cancellation from the third party.

We have implemented industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of your data. The systems and communication networks you use to access the Unique Health App may experience issues due to factors beyond the App's control.
