1. How do we collect your information?

When we provide services, we may collect, store, and use the following information:

 

1.1 Information you provided

1.1.1 Personally identifiable information you provide to us when registering an account or using our services, such as your nickname, email address, or other data that we can legitimately find through links. If you wish to fully utilize the various sharing features we offer, you may also need to create a publicly displayed profile, which may include your nickname and photo.

1.1.2 Information you share with other parties through our services, as well as information you upload, submit, store, send, or receive when using our services.

 

1.2 Information we obtain during your use of the service

1.2.1 Equipment Information

We will receive and record information related to your device based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and/or use. This information may include your device model, operating system version, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code, screen resolution, hardware and software characteristics such as device environment, and device location information, such as GPS location and WLAN access points and Bluetooth information that can provide relevant information. If you refuse to grant us the corresponding permissions during installation and/or use, we will not record the aforementioned information.

 

1.2.2 Log Information

A. Device or software information, such as configuration information provided by your mobile device, web browser, or other programs used to access our services, the version of your mobile device, and the device identifier;

B. Information you search for or browse while using our services, such as the web search terms you use, the URLs of social media pages you visit, and other information and content details you browse or request while using our services;

 

1.2.3 Images and other information in the equipment

To provide you with a comprehensive experience, with your authorization, our client will encrypt and upload videos and images you actively upload to our server for storage; it may also extract software names and version numbers from your device, encrypt them, and upload them to our server for processing and storage. You can also refuse/cancel this permission at any time through the relevant settings. Refusing this permission will only prevent you from using the aforementioned functions, but will not affect the normal use of other functions and services of the Unique Health APP; however, once you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information, nor will we be able to provide you with the corresponding services; but unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our storage or processing of information based on your previous authorization.

1.2.4 Taking photos and videos

When you use the photo and video recording functions, we will access your device's camera permissions and collect information about the images and videos you upload to us after taking the photos. If you refuse to grant these permissions and access to the content, you will only be unable to use the function, but this will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Unique Health APP. You can also revoke this permission at any time through the relevant settings. Once you revoke this authorization, we will no longer collect this information or provide you with the corresponding services; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your revocation will not affect our processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.

 

1.2.5 Location Information

You can authorize the device's location services and use our location-based services. If you already have related hardware (regardless of whether it's a Unique Health brand device) and wish to sync information recorded by the hardware (including but not limited to weight, BMI, and other agreed-upon personal information and body data) to the Unique Health App, you can do so by enabling Bluetooth. If you refuse to enable this feature, you will only be unable to use it, but it will not affect your normal use of other Unique Health functions. You can also revoke this permission at any time through the relevant settings. However, once you revoke this authorization, we will no longer collect this information or provide you with the corresponding services; but unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your revocation will not affect our processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.

 

1.2.6 Bluetooth

If you already have relevant hardware devices (regardless of whether they are Unique Health brand) and wish to sync information recorded by these devices (including but not limited to weight, BMI, and other personal and health data that you have agreed to be uploaded) to the Unique Health App, you can do so by enabling Bluetooth. If you refuse to enable Bluetooth, you will only be unable to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other Unique Health functions. You can also revoke this permission at any time through the relevant settings. However, once you revoke this authorization, we will no longer collect this information or provide you with the corresponding services; but unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your revocation will not affect our processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.

 

1.2.7 Non-personal information

We may also collect other information that cannot identify a specific individual and is not considered personal information under applicable local laws. This includes statistical data generated when you use specific services, such as information related to anonymous devices, daily active user events, page visit events, page visit duration events, and session events; network monitoring data such as request duration, number of requested and incorrect requests; and application crash events. The purpose of collecting this information is to improve the services we provide to you. The types and amount of information collected depend on how you use our products or services.

We collect information about your activity on our website or mobile applications, such as unique device identifiers, device models, and system version numbers. We aggregate this information to help us provide more useful information to our customers and understand which parts of our website, products, or services they are most interested in. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, aggregated data is considered non-personal information. If we combine non-personal information with personal information, such information will be considered personal information for the period of such combination.

 

2. How we use your information

2.2 Used for identity verification, security protection, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup purposes when we provide services, to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;

2.3 Internal purposes, such as data analysis, research and development of statistical information related to the use of our products or services, in order to better improve our products or services;

2.4 Help us design new services and improve our existing services;

2.5 Perform software verification and upgrade services;

2.6 When providing specific services at the special request of users, it is necessary to provide information to our affiliated companies, third parties or other users;

2.7 Other circumstances that do not violate any mandatory laws or regulations;

2.8 We invite you to participate in surveys about our products and services;

2.11 The app will sync data to HealthKit (only supports iOS 8 and above, synced data includes: body mass index, body fat percentage, and weight).

 

II. How we use cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files containing strings of text that are sent to your computer when you visit a website. When you visit a website again, cookies allow the website to recognize your browser. Cookies can also store user preferences and other information. You can reset your browser to reject all cookies, or request a notification when cookies are sent. However, without cookies, some website functions or services may not work properly.

Cookies and similar technologies are common and widely used technologies on the internet. When you use Unique Health App services, we may use these technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access to and use of the Unique Health App. We treat the information collected through cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, if local laws consider Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers as personal information, we also consider such identifiers as personal information. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to achieve the following functions or services:

 

1. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services.

We may set cookies or anonymous identifiers for authentication and security, enabling us to verify your secure login or to detect any unauthorized activities such as theft or fraud. These technologies also help us improve service efficiency and increase login and response speeds.

 

2. To help you have a more convenient access experience.

Using this type of technology can help you avoid repeatedly filling in personal information and entering search terms, such as enabling one-click login and recording search history.

 

3. Log files

Like most websites, we collect specific information and store it in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referencing/exiting pages, operating system, date/timestamps, and/or clickstream data. We do not correlate automatically collected log data with other information we collect.

 

4. Mobility Analysis

In some mobile applications, we use mobile analytics software to better understand how our mobile software functions on your phone. This software may record information such as how frequently you use the application, events that occur within the application, cumulative usage, performance data, and the location of application crashes. We will not associate the information stored in the analytics software with any personal information you submit in the mobile application.

 

5. Local Storage - HTML5/Flash

We use Local Storage Objects (LSOs), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content. Third parties that partner with us to provide certain features on the Unique Health App or to serve ads based on your browsing behavior also collect and store relevant information via HTML5 or Flash cookies. Various browsers provide their own management tools to delete HTML5 local storage objects.

 

6. Shear plate

We use the phone's clipboard to collect user source information by reading specific information related to the Unique Health App, which is used for statistical analysis and content recommendation. We will not associate the information we collect with any personal information you submit in the mobile application.

 

More detailed examples of how we use your information (which may contain personal information) are provided below:

Log in to use Unique Health App products or services; create and maintain your Unique Health App account. The personal information you provide when creating your Unique Health App account via the website or mobile device can be used to establish your personal Unique Health App account and profile. When using Unique Health App services, we or third-party service providers and business partners (see “How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information” below for more details) may use location information to provide you with services and to provide a better user experience based on accurate location. You can turn off Unique Health App location services at any time in your settings to improve the user experience. Certain optional features, such as the User Experience Program, allow us to analyze data on how users use their phones and Unique Health App services to improve the user experience, such as sending crash reports. Additionally, with the authorization of third parties (who are also the data controllers of your personal information – see “How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information” below for more details).

 

1. We promise

1.1 We will never sell your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. We will only use the information obtained under this agreement to the extent permitted by law. We will have strict policies to protect your personal information and will not disclose or provide this information to any third party unless we have obtained your prior authorization or otherwise specified in this statement.

 

2. If you are using an Apple phone, with your authorization, we will receive and send your exercise data from Apple's HeathKit to calculate your training calories burned. To simplify your input process, we will read your weight data from HeathKit. Training data generated in the Unique Health App will also be synced with Apple's HeathKit. Any information obtained through the use of HeathKit, such as weight and heart rate data, will not be shared or sold to any third party, including advertisers and other agents. We will not use HeathKit information for marketing, advertising, or similar services.

 

3. Third-party services within the Unique Health App are provided by external third-party entities. The Unique Health App cannot obtain information generated when you use such third-party services. However, if you have explicitly consented to the third party obtaining your geolocation information, the third party will obtain your device's geolocation information through the Unique Health App interface. This information is sensitive; refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the aforementioned third-party services, but will not affect your normal use of the Unique Health App's functions.

In addition, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:

 

4.1 Those directly related to national interests such as national security and defense security; those directly related to major public interests such as public safety, public health, and public awareness;

4.2 Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

4.3 For the purpose of protecting your or other individuals' vital legitimate rights and interests, such as life, property, or reputation, but where obtaining their consent is difficult;

4.4 The personal information collected is information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;

4.5 Collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels;

4.6 Necessary for the signing and performance of the contract as required by you;

4.7 Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as detecting and handling product or service malfunctions;

4.8 Necessary for conducting legitimate news reporting;

4.9 When conducting statistical or academic research for the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the public, the personal information contained in the results shall be de-identified.

4.10 Transferred to complete a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer;

4.11 Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

 

Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly being updated and developed. If a function or service that is not mentioned in the foregoing description has collected your information, we will explain the content, scope and purpose of the information collection to you separately through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements and other means to obtain your consent.

 

Please note that Unique Health App currently does not proactively obtain your personal information from third parties outside of Unique Health App. If, in the future, business development requires the indirect acquisition of your personal information from third parties, we will clearly inform you of the source, type, and scope of use of your personal information before acquisition. If the personal information processing activities required by Unique Health App for business operations exceed the scope of your original authorization and consent when providing personal information to third parties, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing such personal information. In addition, we will strictly comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to guarantee the legality of the information they provide.

 

5. We will not provide your sensitive personal information to anyone without your consent.

 

6. Anonymization of personal information

After collecting your personal information, we will promptly anonymize the data using technical means. Without disclosing your personal information, Unique Health App has the right to mine, analyze, and utilize (including commercial use) the anonymized user database, and has the right to statistically analyze product/service usage and share anonymized statistical information with the public/third parties.

 

III. How to query, update, change, export, and delete your information

 

According to the laws of certain jurisdictions:

1. When using our products and services, you can manage your personal information at any time, such as your personal account registration information.

 

2. Through the design of our interactive interface, we provide you with channels to access, query, and correct your personal information. You can configure these settings in the following ways:

2.2.1 You can access and correct your personal information, including avatar, nickname, gender, and birthday, through "My" - "Personal Profile".

 

3. You can delete your content or personal information from your Unique Health App account yourself, or request us to delete or modify the information. For example, if you want to delete your personal account, you can contact us via email (info@lefu.cc) and make your request. We will contact you within 15 business days after receiving your request and complete the verification and processing.

 

4. In some cases, we may retain data for a limited period of time for legal purposes or legitimate business needs. We strive to ensure that Unique Health's services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Therefore, if you delete something, we may delete a copy of it from our existing and backup systems within 15 business days.

 

5. You can back up the contents of your personal account at any time or use them for services other than the Unique Health App. You can contact us by email (info@lefu.cc) to make your request.

 

6. Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw your previous consent to us for a specific purpose by submitting a request, including the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information that we hold or control. Depending on the specific service you use, you can inquire about the relevant procedures via email (info@lefu.cc). We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe after you make it, and upon your request, we will cease collecting, using, and/or disclosing your personal information thereafter.

Depending on the extent of your withdrawal of consent, it may result in you being unable to continue using Unique Health App's products or services. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the validity of our previous personal information processing activities based on your consent.

 

7. Cancel service or account

If you wish to cancel your account for a specific product or service, you can do so through "My Account" - "Account Management" - "Cancel Account". Once you cancel your account, we will delete your personal information.

If you wish to cancel your Unique Health App account, please proceed with caution as this will prevent you from using any Unique Health App products or services. When you log in to the Unique Health App using a third-party account, you will need to request account cancellation from the third party.

 

IV. How We Protect Your Personal Information

1. We have implemented industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. We will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information; and we will conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

 

2. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

 

3. We will take measures to ensure the security of your information. However, please understand that due to technological limitations and the potential for malicious attacks, it is impossible to guarantee 100% information security in the internet industry, even with the strongest security measures. The system and communication network you use to access the Unique Health App may experience problems due to factors beyond the control of the Unique Health App. Therefore, you should take proactive measures to protect the security of your personal information, such as using complex passwords, changing your passwords regularly, and not disclosing your account passwords or other personal information to others.

 

4. The internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards are breached, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, and causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

 

5. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with legal requirements, promptly inform you of: the basic circumstances and potential impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and mitigate risks, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant circumstances of the incident via email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to notify each individual data subject, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue a public announcement. V. How do we handle personal information provided by minors?

1. We consider anyone under the age of 18 to be a minor, and we take the protection of minors' information very seriously. We will not sell any personal information to third parties.

We may sometimes share your personal information with third parties to provide or improve our products or services, including providing products or services upon your request. If you no longer wish us to share this information, please contact us by email (info@lefu.cc).

 

1.1 Sharing you actively chose

With your explicit consent or active choice, we may share information within the scope of your authorization/request with third parties you designate.

1.2 Sharing information with our affiliated companies

When integrating third-party services, we may integrate third-party SDK services and share certain information about you that we collect in accordance with this policy with such third-party service providers in order to improve customer service and user experience.

 

 

Currently, the third-party service providers we connect with mainly include the following types:

1. Used to obtain device location permissions, collect device information and log information, etc., with your consent;

2. Used to optimize product performance, including improving hardware network configuration capabilities, reducing server costs, and enabling hot-fix functionality;

3. Services related to account security and product reinforcement, including network monitoring, domain name resolution, anti-hijacking, anti-spam and anti-fraud, encryption and decryption services, etc.

 

We will only share your information for legitimate, necessary, and specific purposes. We will require our third-party service providers with whom we share information to fulfill their relevant confidentiality obligations and take appropriate security measures.

 

Third-party social media or other services are operated by the respective third parties. Your use of such third-party social media services or other services (including any information you provide to such third parties) is subject to the third party's own terms of service and privacy policy (not this policy), and you should carefully read their terms. This policy applies only to the personal information we collect and does not apply to any third-party services or third-party information usage rules. If you find any risks associated with these third-party social media or other services, we recommend that you stop using them to protect your legal rights.

Unique Health App may be required to disclose your personal information as required by laws and regulations, legal procedures, litigation, and/or lawful requests from public authorities and government departments. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public importance.

 

We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms, protect our operations, rights, assets, or products, protect users, or for purposes such as detecting, preventing, and resolving fraud, unauthorized use of our products, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activities. (For the avoidance of doubt, Unique Health App will only collect, use, or disclose your personal information without your consent to the extent expressly permitted by local data protection laws.) This may include providing information to public or government agencies; communicating with third-party partners about the reliability of your account to prevent fraud, violations, and other harmful activities within and outside our products.

 

In addition, we may share your personal information with the following individuals:

Our accountants, auditors, lawyers or similar advisors, when we request their professional advice; and investors and other relevant third parties, in the event of an actual or potential sale or other corporate transaction related to the Unique Health App entity; and any other third parties, as authorized by you to disclose or share specific information.

Except for anonymizing the display of winners' phone numbers or Unique Health App accounts and usernames when announcing the list of winners, Unique Health App will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

United States of America - Registered users in the United States and other parts of the Americas

Federal Republic of Germany (Frankfurt) - Registered users of the EU/EEA/UK and other European regions

 

2. Data should be stored locally.

2.1 Mainland China users: stored on servers located within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2.2 U.S. users: stored on servers located within the United States of America.

2.3 EU/EEA/UK users: stored on servers located within the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

2.4 Other users: By default, data is stored in the nearest available data center.

 

European Commission Standard Contract Terms:

We have taken measures to protect your personal information, including using the European Commission’s standard contractual terms for the transfer of personal information between our group companies and between us and third-party suppliers. These terms require all recipients to protect all personal information they process originating from the European Economic Area or the UK in accordance with European data protection laws and regulations. Standard contractual terms can be provided if needed. We have also implemented similar appropriate safeguards for our third-party service providers and partners, and further details can be provided if needed.

 

8. How long will we retain your information?

In short: We will retain your information for as long as necessary. Unless otherwise required by law, the purposes described in this Privacy Statement will be used for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.
